Celebi, the mysterious
elusive 251st Pokémon. This Pokémon is a simple Grass/Psychic Pokémon
with a good set of stats and attacks. However there is one mystery with
this Pokémon...it is utterly and completely unobtainable outside of
Japan.In Colosseum. you can see Celebi when you use one of the 3 Time Flutes
to completely heal a Pokémon, it comes up and heals your Pokémon.
